mafiascum setups tend to run townsided imo but I donā€™t actually care that much about balance

if it looks townsided in your eyes after you roll it, just remove a town pr or something

That and Iā€™ll probably add daychat

prob fine if the numbers work. i find them relatively balanced most of the time. but there is variance in semi open where you roll.

i dont think you sohuld manip rolls, seems to defeat the purpose.

it might already be a bit balanced looking at the match history 2-3-3-1 (town, mafia, sk, and 1 mafia-sk tie) but maybe theyre just bad mafia players or somethingā€¦

though of 3p options, sk is the least bad

Not a huge fan but they help balance large or werid numbered player size.

Thirteen is a very hard number to balance without so. Itā€™s just a little too small for a big setup, and just a bit too big for a small one

3v10 is actually considered one of the standard sizes on mafiauniverse

one cop (they get free randomized towncheck night 0 but I donā€™t actually like this mechanic) is like 65% wr for 7v2 9er, around 50% for 10v3 13er, and like 40% for 13v4 17er

but yeah idk site meta and playerpool affects balance so Iā€™m hesitant to say those winrates mean anything here

9 is my favorite. 11 and 13 not bad

night 0 is dumb for town imo.

to be clear, the randomized night 0 concept just means the cop starts d1 with one confirmed town already, itā€™s not a full night 0 phase happening. bit of a misnomer maybe. donā€™t like it anyway. but itā€™s common on some sites including MU
