i think you're shouldering a lot of pariah energy for no reason, most of us really don't care
If i cared about whether you cared or not i woudlnt be posting in the first place.
this is honestly weird self flagellation. i hope things work out
thanks. i hope so too.
Moved thread to the lounge to avoid brigading.
Wish Jones was here to see this guy smear shit all over the walls in his name lol.
If any mods are here I'd appreciate if you hid/deleted all the spam above, so we can go back on topic and actually discuss the game, instead of the forced drama-queen theatre.
You may need bribery to get out of this one

To me it seems progression of the game is slow. LC played multiple 14-hour days and is still "building the collection"
He has a much higher tolerance of these "pay-to-skip-grind" games than I do. At some point you have to admit these card game devs build their games with 0 respect for your time and just move on
This game in particular makes it impossible to even pay to skip, it's just a huge grind for everyone which is probably not a good idea financially or otherwise. They limit how much you get from your spending in game to around 25 USD a day or something.
I don't know why they do it, but maybe their psychologists are onto something.
Nobody has a full collection yet and the game has been out for ~1 month I think. They are also talking about how they're going to be releasing new cards so often to make it "impossible" to get a full collection.
It's very unfortunate that the game doesn't have a card crafting system like Hearthstone and Gwent.
I can't build a full deck of any archetype...
hearthstone had some good times, I miss playing it
Yes exactly. Modern card games are designed to grief their players
Card game designers will not rest until you are miserable.
I picked it up from recommendation of a friend last saturday, currently i'm medal 71 tier or whatever, pretty decent design but there's not really a good 'meta' to the tier one cards and it's jsut the same 2 decks every game from the same pool of cards. tier 1 cards not really impressing me with how creative you can be with them but maybe tier 2 is better. I like the 'tier' idea but I think it should let you progress through them faster if you're higher skill or something or just have more rewards for high rank since you figure out the meta pretty quickly if you've played card games before and then it's a torturous slog until you manage to get out of the "novice" card tier where every archetype is cookie cutter and each game's the same.
Yeah the card tiering/pools system makes no sense as well.
You could get rank 100 as f2p with no cards just because you're playing the best pool1 deck and never encounter the better decks - but at the same time you make very little collection/pool progress, making the whole "ladder" pretty meaningless and very very boring.
Not to mention the fact that as you go higher in ranks with a pool 1 collection you start facing more and more bots, because there aren't enough f2p players that actually played that much.
Basically the best way to actually enjoy the game like Lifecoach does is to be a whale.
I'm rank 60 in pool/tier 2 and it's a mediocre experience still.
It's a shame because the game is genuinely good...
