I missed ages like 12-now I think because I got really self conscious when no one else had that and didn’t participate in anything and sat there wondering my role among my peers while others kinda just socialized and lived and formed bonds and experienced humanity while I sat there thinking about it

As I’m moving out and going to college on Saturday, I’ve done some reflecting on my childhood recently. I wouldn’t say I regret it really, I spent a lot of time on video game but I met some really good people online and I’m happy about that. Dota was an interesting goal for me to work on outside of school since playing sports didn’t interest me much and school wasn’t enough of a challenge for it to really be fulfilling. I had a couple close friends for most of high school, didn’t hang out much with them this summer which is the one thing I kinda regret. Overall I’d say my outlook on my childhood is pretty good. This is probably more suited to the blog thread tbh.
Thats good. Some people fail to see these merits in anything they do, deem them all wastes of time, and probably end up unhappy
