just a couple of things for clarity @yns
- the word troll. quite a disgusting word, isn't it? yes... yes, they've done quite a lot with the word troll. You know what the word troll reminds me of? It reminds me of the Jewish population during the early 20th century in Europe. I assume you already know this, but as part of a carefully orchestrated nazi propaganda campaign, the word jew was associated with vermin and rodents and banking. The word jew then when spoken evoked a vivid emotional response in the listener. what was I talking about again? oh yeah.
Now, I'm not trying to compare the plight of the 'internet troll' to that of the Jew, as doing so would trivialize jewish persecution, not to mention that 'internet trolls' are, statistically, rarely as rich, but the same concept applies of taking advantage of the relationship between human tribalism and vocabulary. the word troll is spotlighted by media sites as used in the context of people harassing peoples families or writing racial tirades on social media sites (sort of like you).
trolling, more generally, applies to the light-hearted pranks you could call cheating in monopoly trolling. i remember intentionally playing video games badly and annoying people.
the level of 'trolling' we did is on the same level as prankcalls in the 90s. maybe you can stick on dazed and confused or whatever shitty american 'slice of life' movie you people watch and write a letterboxd review on how morally corrupt it is to break down postboxes or whatever but the reality is that playing video games suboptimally to piss off your friends is not 'troll' culture or 'chan' culture and, as far as any moral quandary is concerned, really doesn't compare to other adolescent anti-social behaviour., it's just a way to spend time when you're growing up. and the only 'chan' culture we're involved with is 99.9% through jones reciting memes, there were around fifteen members of our teamspeak in total and none of which associated with that.
'chan' culture is elon musk tweeting about owning the liberals, we were, heh, a higher caliber. more sophisticated. a little subtle, sure. More refined.

your attempted revision of events on how you went, quote, 'full internet troll mode [...] in some sort of weird vigilante way' is one of the most pathetic and stupid and, ii hate to say this because im gay myself, but gay things i've seen on this site. let's clear things up. you harassed jones's family years before anything to do with loki and it was because you wanted to feel like the 'epic 4chan troll' caricature that you project onto us. you are the only one who enjoys this doxx/harassment shit and then you excel in deflection by attempting to write some moral foreword leading up to these events. pretty standard darvo. also Jones was the only one in the teamspeak trying to calm down Loki and telling him to drink water and take a breath.

Good question. It broke some clear boundaries by the end -- a real toughie, but the key word is by the end, nobody knew wtf was going on before that. It's ncie that you attempted to revise history so that you're the vigilante batman spiderman bay harbour butcher but it's not really the actual context. It's like your own personal brand of holocaust denial. I'll explain the actual context --- as best as I can remember.
Leading up to Loki, teamspeak user Nma had been going on an increasingly vicious assault against the site in the forum of 'genuine engagement'. Hindsight isn't 20/20, I forget exactly how he was doing this but I believe it involved engaging in these bad-faith arguments against every user on every single thread simultaneously on the forum and then, as his lifestyle as a landlord allowed him to do, staying in the thread all day to rip open anyone that dared to reply to him.
This was a forum blitzkrieg -- no two ways about it. This was propelled by some war of wills [sic] between nma and Epok: though I forget what exactly Epok had done to bring about this. After a few days or a few weeks of nma doing this, everyone has learned to ignore him and the forum was going on as normal. then loki came. making hundreds of posts in the space of 2 days. and him and nma went head-to-head. the entire forum was put to a halt as people were forced to watch as effectively a real online 'infinite energy' machine was created. no thread could continue as normal. epok tried to enstate some 10 post maximum rule but it didn't do much.
if you cannot appreciate the sheer cosmic coincidence of these two people meeting head-to-head and the ensuing maelstrom as, loki on a sleep-deprived ssri bender and nmagane on a 18 hour a day forum addiction and then epok, as his cool demeanor began to crumble as he watched his site collapse, continued their argument across well every single thread on the site, just as the forum was finally starting to ignore nma, then you (these fritz hippler caricatures need to stop. right now)have absolutely no respect for the amazing coincidences that God brings for our enjoyment. when loki did join the teamspeak, we didn't even say anything bad to him once it was apparent he was having a legitaimate breakdown. as mentioned before, jones was telling him to leave and to take deep breaths. i also think that loki was already having a manic breakdown, given that he posted on the forum a letter saying he was being evicted for noise complaints which seems to be due to events that happened before he joined the forum. I'd make the other wild accusation that people that are not having a manic breakdown would join this site at all, nevermind write thousand posts to strangers about their new streaming career.
