I hope you all now realize how meaningless IQ is - I am not a "smart" person, I don't know anything about anything and everything I say is just made up on the spot.

I think it's a severe case of joint hyper-mobility, I've had it on both hands since birth, and it has caused no problems. My fingers just snap in that position if I extend them too far, that's all.
