The US is the one that looks weaker than ever; the Russian "military performance' is likely just the truth that any modern peer war is attrition where winning is dependent on mobilization.
Seizing the assets of Russia and its citizens was absolutely insane; all wealthy, foreign asset holders (who aren't holding gay papers) are using whatever financial trick in the book to divest from the United States. These phony sanctions are much of the same: all non-pozzed countries are asking themselves whether the US will force them to take cold showers forever like the entirety of Europe to stick it to Putin. What these behaviors are doing is building Dugin's "Eurasian" alliance or whatever.
It's completely obvious to all observers that this war could have A) been averted diplomatically B) have been stopped by now through diplomatic means. Uncle Sam was bent on sticking it to Putin before and will require the Ukrainians to fight until the end... to weaken the Russian military? It's completely insane behavior.
