"Moral and Economic implications of stealing groceries from a Supermarket chain in a collapsing economy"

Where does your defense of you looting $500 from nmaGane even fall? Is is deontological, rights-based, or based in utilitarianism? Are you making some claim from virtue ethics?

I don't weigh my actions under the metrics and terms of academia that was built upon morals. I only value friendship and trust.

I'll have to go to sleep. We can return to this tomorrow possibly. Good night.

Said it before but I've been using it since I played comp TF2 and some community oldhrad cried about me being Epoch since it was his user name first

I didn't care just made it shorter

The majority of this forum either seems to be not capable of a moral system higher than "friend vs enemy" and some mix of tard-level rule-based utilitarianism; I would recommend Torbjorn Tannsjo's "Taking Life: Three Theories of Killing" for a display of how insane utilitarianism is.

I would recommend "The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!"
as a retort that is also your reading level.

There's 0 point in "reading books" or even discussing morality to understand it. Morality is intrinsic/intuitive. Ironically the people who spend the most time discussing/thinking about ethics often live the most fucked up lives - they have essentially brain-fucked themselves out of understanding morality intuitively by trying to understand morality rationally.

You're a redditor! Congrats!

Have fun discussing "morality" within the confines of /r/AmITheAsshole and /r/relationships!

I must really be disliked to have the absolute mongrels of this website fly under the banner of "thievery is fine" and posit the position of what is effectively "there is no point in thinking".

Definition of pseudo-intellectual

disapproving. : a person who wants to be thought of as having a lot of intelligence and knowledge but who is not really intelligent or knowledgeable.

Who in this thread fits this definition?

Ah yes, the contrarian position of "stealing is bad".

As a southerner, CulturedUrbanite cannot comprehend how superior I am to him, so he blocks me. He is very uncultured, I think its best that we ignore him

It reveals your inferior reading comprehension that you think any of us is supporting stealing.

That actually makes a lot of sense. What happened to the player?
