Current Forum Required Watch: The Devil's Plan

I am currently following this, the beginning came out last week and the next 4 episodes release today/tomorrow.

It's basically a live mafia game show where they all live in 1 house together and get eliminated if they run out of "pieces" (in-game trading currency). This is the "frame game" / over-arcing game running across all episodes. Then within that frame there will be games that they are sent to play where they can gain or lose currency as a reward. The game in the first episode is just live mafia (with a fairly complicated setup).

Participants will form alliances or reputations within the frame game and then have to navigate those within the confines of the specific rules of the smaller game to keep themselves and their friends alive.
TBH it's kind of like if you made a mafia show where cheating is allowed - everybody knows each other, people sometimes collaborate in ways that go against their role or even basic mafia rules - basically, it is mafia NAMafia style.

In all, it is fairly entertaining for those who like mafia.

The thing that happens to me is I start a show with the intention of using it to fall asleep and for a bit it works and I see none of what is actually happening in the show but then as soon as I start to see a little bit of it I decide I actually want to see it and binge it all. Now I have to find a new show

The main character was dying and has his mind uploaded into a VR where he can live forever.
If he can keep making the payments.

Napoleon is terrible ridley scott has completely lost it. There is some good cinematography for a couple battle scenes but the rest of the film is just bizarre in the worst ways possible. I can look past films taking artistic liscence on historical events/figures but the choices made for this movie are just baffling. It honestly feels like it was written as a joke or by someone who has a serious grudge against napoleon
