Cats/dogs are protected by abuse and cruelty not life. Animals aren't people and most people don't give a fuck about their lives

yeah thats basically what I mean

did you read this? it even says that it was on the way to giving them legal personhood, implying that fetuses do not have personhood.

Did you even read it you fucking baboon

vilified by various legal observers who interpreted the measure as a step toward granting legal personhood to human fetuses, even though the bill explicitly contained a provision excepting abortion,

INTERPRETED

Don't worry, you will learn from your mistakes and someday you're gonna grow up to be just like me.

this all just proves my point dude. they excepted abortion and left it to interpretation so that it would not trigger the collapse clause in roe v wade.

I don’t even understand your argument here? All you’re saying is they will have a hard time overturning roe v wade. I don’t care about that, it’s wrong to kill unborn children and shouldn’t be a question if it’s allowed or not

no shit idiot

It’s a law they have protecting people who aren’t “persons” under your definition of “not covered by the law” that’s all that is

you moved the goal post so many times you got lost. you began this argument by saying they wouldnt need to have personhood to ban abortion. I started roleplaying with you to show you why they would need to grant fetuses personhood to ban abortion. I am happy you understand now :)

They don’t. Just ban it outright, roe v wade can be overturned without granting personhood to fetuses

and they totally can and I think they will do it

nope. they cant. I just illustrated how.

sorry dude i forgot you had to get a law degree to translate moon runes for money.

I dont need a law degree to understand that the current law of the land stands on the grounds of the personhood of a fetus. All I need to know that is how to read.

you understand the right to abortion isn’t a constitutional right?

I do this thing called reading, and it showed me that the fourteenth amendment stands in the way of banning abortion :) didnt even have to get a law degree for that one
