Jester is just another VT role claim essentially. As Jester you are 3p but aligned with town (you lose if mafia gains majority).
Focusing on Jester is scummy because as town it's not that important to find him. Like, sure, it'd be nice to know, but just need to find the scum. Once again you're not in a town mindset for whatever reason.
