I can adapt the setup for any amount of players.
Texas Outlaws - 2-X: You are a member of the Texas Outlaws, with your partners XX and XX. You have day and night private chat with your partners. Each night the Outlaws have 2 night actions. You win when your faction controls a majority of the town or nothing can be done to prevent this.
Town Rednecks - 6-X: You are a One-shot Vigilante. Use your shot wisely. You win when you kill all the Outlaws.
Vanilla Town - 0: Nope. Everyone gets a gun : - )
I would like to play 36 hour days and 12 hour nights. 10:00am EST day starts and 10:00pm EST day ends to allow as many people as possible to be around at end of day. This can be adjusted as the game progresses.

1 outlaw gets BP and there’s 1 town is a special role. This opens up fake claiming and saying you didn’t get shot etc.
It could just be a guy with no gun but a vest. So both sides have a vest and could claim rhat
This also prevents the game from ending instantly
Look to last game to see what it’s like when there is no mafia day 2. Alternatively then you could have one serial killer Desperado with 1 shot BP. And mafia don’t get 2 shots a night but like 1.5 so they aren’t too strong

Each side getting a 1-shot bulletproof vest is a nice idea.
I hosted a 10 player game that lasted to day three.
People are getting better at mafia these days and choosing not to hip-fire on night one.
