For me personally it was a bit of a challenge explaining to my partners that I wouldn't be nutting in them for a month, but after I showed them the subreddit I think they started to get that it was for their own good. I think the reason we don't continue into December is it's simply not sustainable to have a relationship like that, there are too many conflicts and difficulties when you aren't addressing how people feel by having regular sex
Yea i totally get why its completely unsustainable in a relationship, but while single if the benefits are as intense as some people on the subreddit claim, i'd probably just stop nutting all together
or maybe its like you notice a big rush when you first start no nut and then over time your body adjusts and the effects are less noticeable. like a drug you take too regularly .
