It's still a good time to buy but the best time was a few months ago. You can cautiously do a slow buy in to Avg against the volatility.

I made the wrong choice to try to trade futures and build up my bankroll during the downturn, because the rapid jump up overcame what I would have made had I just bought in when tezos hit sub 50 cents like I was thinking.. I was hoping the bottom would ride a little bit longer. Whatever.
