  1. Must begin with “Official”
  2. Must end with “Thread”
  3. Must add an additional “Thread” at the end if the title absent the naming conventions would already end in “Thread”
  4. “Official” is NOT to be followed with a colon

For example, the correct name for “OFFICIAL: ATTN: OFFICIAL: ITT: THREAD ABOUT OTHER THREADS INCLUDING THE OFFICIAL ITT: BLOG THREAD” should be “OFFICIAL ATTN: OFFICIAL ITT: THREAD ABOUT OTHER THREADS INCLUDING THE OFFICIAL ITT: BLOG THREAD THREAD”

Remake thread; this thread should have “Working Draft”, “Namafia Working Group” and a revision number in the title.

Should then be issued an RFC number once the kinks are worked out
