personally even when I let myself go I don't think I've ever pushed like 28% BFP but I did practically have eating disorders at some of those times that prevented me from getting there
I mean it's just too easy to duck up eating when you're working a ton lol

Gonna lower my carb intake and how much I eat out and also workout more consistently

maybe this will just be one big epic bulking momento
i was only ever able to lose and keep off weight when i started an active hobby i actually enjoyed. i never enjoyed working out but i could easily disc golf 5+ times a week. after that the only other thing i did was stop drinking calories but that wasn't hard for me
I hate exercising just to exercise but after I managed to get a camera (very luckily) I've been going on a lot of walks
