I don't know -- whether infanticide and abortion is moral has been debated for utmost millenia and has produced immensely scholarly work, both philosophical and political. i'm not racist but my attitude toward segregation has been changing recently. most multicultural societies seem to eventually collapse and people of all races seem to segregate themselves eventually anyway. if african amerians did gain power in the USA, I guarantee they would ban white people immediately.

There are plenty of medical decisions the state intervenes on -- whether I can cut my leg off, who gets transplant organs, when liability is assumed by a certain party, etc.
