please fucking kill me

if you don't mind me opening a topic of discussion: does life really seem to disintegrate after graduation? It's not just you that says it - seems like a really common thought. I just don't see how though

I'm sure it's interesting but I got most of it from bio classes

in America if you don't have things setup to have a great job or go straight to university after, or neither of those things and your parents only really give a shit about themselves, then yeah it's really liable that your life quality is going to go way down the shitter

Alright so step number one is to not listen to anything Ian says

Step 2 is strenuous exercise. I don't care what you're doing and I don't want to hear your excuses for not doing it. If you exercise, your body and brain will feel better. This is a fact

Step 3 is to struggle with struggle with something and to power through it with discipline. When you feel like giving up - that's when you absolutely don't quit. If you feel like giving up and you actually do, youll fall apart entirely and lose any confidence you have in yourself. Live for the moments in which you struggle through something

Step 4 is to never stop doing the things which keep you happy. Maintaining happiness is a lot like being fat. Many people can lose weight, it's not that hard. Few can keep it off. The act of losing weight is rewarding, you feel better every time you step on the scale. But when you reach goal weight there's nothing to keep you going. This is where you develop discipline.

The same can happen with depression. Once you manage to break out of it you need to ensure you have healthy habits in your life to maintain it. Don't stop struggling, don't stop exercising. If you do you will absolutely fall back into depressive thoughts

Welcome to the forum

Sounds like you fried your brains on drugs my dude

Was this meant for yns or jdance or me

Yns sry

Probably you too tho cock addicts yikes

True

it doesnt sound like this its probably mostly stemmed from trauma, and the addiction probably followed that trauma

for example maybe i'd say this could be drug related if he did meth for 5 years or drank heavily every day since he was 12 or something. otherwise it sounds like bpd or something similar

I mean I don't think the drugs are doing much anymore, its been almost 3 years since ive done any drugs or alcohol. I'm just fucking dying here man

nicotine exacerbates that shit long term; too lazy to pull up the study

yeah when im on drugs im retarded thats a given.
