the whole issue with low loans and handing them out freely is that it encourages systemic risk in what is already a very risky economy. why do you think trumps been trying to control and replace jay powell for a guy who will encourage lower rates and enabling people (and businesses) to be risky? because trump is smart with economic policy, as evidenced by his tariff bullshit? why do you think economists think this is not a good idea
