On a scale of 1-10 how easily does he fall asleep and how happy is he lying in bed alone with his thoughts
You can tell a lot about a persons life by how they fall asleep - its probably the easiest indicator

To clarify, it implies that you have the utmost confidence in solving any issues that may arise in your life. Why worry about something you know you will handle?
On the contrary jones has no confidence or self esteem, and has never been really able to deal with conflict. Whether that be internal or external
