I drank these things once. They were absolutely nasty. I don't know how anyone could actually drink them or 50% of their calories

I come from a time where these things werenât meant to taste good. I havenât been using my powder cuz not lifting and getting plenty of protein. But my ideal method is a smoothie using vanilla whey bullshit that has mild or no taste
Besides the nuts amount of protein in it (which probably does make the consistency bad and weird) it technically has plenty of good stuff. Besides lead I guess
