It's true. We used steam chat in this one to talk about more private matters (would trust nma as host but not you, no offense).
So your expectation is that as a host, I should look in the thread for anyone saying like "I'm going to shoot Osiris!!" and then immediately flip that player and be like "you used your gun haha"
Or if a player is in the thread, he should assume he was shot because somebody said "@big_ass bang" or whatever
We have setups with clear guidelines for a reason, I laid out the guidelines and explained the reason in depth, if you want to argue feel free it doesn't change anything.

This actually comes down to a larger issue around you expecting everyone to infer your intentions/thoughts rather than clearly communicating them and then getting upset when that doesn't happen.
