also misleading, they are not bright red and blue as they used to be. theyre like 50% seethrough
The contrast is way too heavy. It draws the eye far too much to things that shouldn’t be eye catching. And the alerts for unread messages on threads are still blue instead of red

The problem is that dark themes already have very oppressive color schemes
You don’t have the space to add splashes of color like you do on light without it being oppressive
last time I looked at “Dan’s Light” ([sic.] not sure why his name has to be on the theme) it looked like a circus show.
