I've dated someone with bpd, and I know plenty of gay people. I can promise you with all sincerity NONE OF THEM (the ones I know) have it. You insane fuck. HUMANS get bpd. Some of those humans are gay.

Regarding the "Gays have BPD" theory:
I would say out of the gay people I know right now, none show any symptoms of BPD beyond what any normal person might show.
I knew one gay person in the past with real BPD - he was my roommate in troubled teen boarding school. (Roommate as in - actually shared a room with a bunch of bunks.) One of the craziest people I have ever known - in the sense that it was nearly impossible to have a functional relationship (in a non-gay way I mean), he was liable to blow up and do crazy shit pretty frequently. And some people did say they thought he was "gay" due to BPD rather than actually gay, but I don't know about that.
I think there is some overlap between being gay and having BPD because the causes are the same (child sexual abuse, problems with a parental figure). But homosexuality and BPD are both very complex disorders and I feel like people can arrive at them in different ways and they can look different in different people
