Pretty ironic that braindead idealists voting for a meme party handed two anti-science people elections, who were far further from ‘green’ than the person they refused to vote for
Is this ironic?
I wonder how many people in those states voted in 2012 but didn't vote in 2016 because Hillary ran a dogshit campaign and didn't go to those states. Oh, right, far more than those that voted Green. And how many Bernie primary voters voted for someone other than Hillary/didn't vote? Oh yeah, way less than Hillary supporters who didn't vote for Obama/voted for McCain in 2008
can you read?
This talking point has been proven over and over as horseshit. Look up how many of those voters were registered Dems. How many voted for Dems in previous elections. What the size of voting blocks that didn't vote for Hillary for other reasons was. Then shut your fucking mouth
nice mental gymnastics
third party voters helped Trump get elected and it’s one of many reasons why they are fucking stupid
seethe harder dumbfuck
You're such a dumbfuck
Even the establishment shills at 538 say you're a dumbfuck
cute opinion pieces, the numbers don’t lie though
and I’m willing to bet if those voters could go back in time and change their votes the vast majority of them would
third party voting is for stupid people like you who want to pat themselves on the back and feel special for not voting for one of the two actual choices
and I can definetely tell you the green party voters who handed Harper his majority fucking regretted it afterwards
They cite the numbers you dumb motherfucker. Try to fucking read. The Stein voters that would've voted Hillary if Stein hadn't run were not enough to win her the election
Lmao do you understand that if a third party gets 5% they get the guaranteed FEC funds retroactively for the previous election and get them for the next election? Sure, that's nothing for a presidential election. But it's a shitload divided among congressional seats they have a shot at, and they can spend it there
Third party voting matters: it's the only chance a new, viable party is born that can actually influence the policy of the major two enough by forcing them to persuade the third party to caucus with them.
I’d love to know the sample size of that survey
Click on the fucking link in the article then, dipshit. Love how you're proving you're not reading anything
there’s no chance of that happening though
instead of accepting the reality of what politics is in your country you’re stamping your feet and saying no like a kid refusing to eat his vegetables
you’re basically saying “I really really wish this was true so I’m gonna pretend it is and act accordingly” when it’s not
It has happened plenty of times in the past and nearly happened this past election.
the sample size is tiny, shocking
Johnson pulled just barely short of 4%. Stein lost tons of potential due to the anti-vaxx shit coming out at the last second. Before that, she was polling at 6%.
