the only vulnerabilities elections have are from media. foreign interference is much better spent hatching really stupid disinformation rather than an actual "hack" of ballot counting
consider the fact that nearly every media source kept trying to say suburban women were a top election priority even though they represent a tiny amount of the electorate. a much better spin would have been "oh we should register more voters" or "we should work towards less voter suppression/more equitable elections" or "we should run candidates with policies that actually affect most everyone's bottom line" but instead we sit on our hands trying to convince suburban white women whether they want coke or diet coke
