So the Russians support the Iranians, who support the Houthis, who are attacking Greek ships and oil tankers likely carrying Russian oil. Houthis do this under the pretext of Western support for Israel. The Greek ships won't call for a US escort because they're likely carrying sanctioned Russian oil. The Valdeez was carrying 1/5th of the oil this thing is.

Israel isn't great, but they have a right to exist and not have a neighbor that exists literally only to try to kill them for the rest of time.
