I think given Klaze's play we're looking at 3. Klaze's play reads like a last hurrah at getting Jailkeeper claim and pushing his target as a mislynch based on the no kill.

There's only three possibilities for other PR, and all of them are bad ideas to claim: Doc, JK, and Cop.
The only time other PR should claim is if Cop has a red check or JK thinks they stopped a maf kill with their action.
