Just make a script that adds in a unit test with some variable that iterates daily and push it. You need to learn how to carry yourself with swagger and verve if you want people to take you seriously as a mathematical scientist. It's one thing to pretend but you need to make them believe.

This is a good point. Also the majority of jobs in America are earned by nepotism and for young black people under Jim Crow, the only job their parents/aunts and uncles could refer them for is "Slave"

I think people repeat what they know. Black people beat their kids, commit child molestation at higher rates, participate in more violent crimes etc because they are passing down the legacy of slavery and the memory of its violence generation over generation
