Consider tattooing the seed phrase words on various parts of your body and memorizing the order that they go in, perhaps bottom to the top right to left

Jdance the real advice to you if you have millions is that's already enough to live comfortably and how your aim should be risk reduction
You would want to move the majority out of crypto and into a traditional 60/40 or similar. Consider a variety of different investments (IE real estate) so you aren't going to lose it all to one big flop (ie. crypto crashes but stocks survive, stocks crash but housing survives). And then you can leave a significant amount in crypto as play money/investment
Other advice is you should be using that to increase your status/quality of life. Look at how Elon turns success in one company into a position of power somewhere else (TSLA -> Twitter -> Government). The guy is a total moron and somehow at the highest level of the food chain now from knowing how to use money to create more influence.
But anyway seems like your life is not that happy for you despite whatever success you've had and I'm guessing it's because your life hasn't really changed. Figure out what you need in order to respect and love yourself and put the money to work working toward that. I'm guessing it's a white collar job at a desk somewhere and you have to get an MBA or something to break out of the pizza business. It will work out keep grinding.
