The problem with FBI crime statistics is there there is no measure of crime, there's measure of convictions and arrests. There are known problems within the systems the data subject interacts with that leads to those outcomes and there is no way to untangle those biases from a simple average. It takes work that you will never be able to do because you're a dime a dozen shitstain that smugly overestimates their numeracy while being too fucking lazy to put in the work to actually study anything whatsoever about statistical theory
