What did you eat today?

As long as he doesn’t have to suddenly start doing manual labor and lose access to food

it’s not an unhealthy weight by any means

These two things seem to contradict each other.

I doubt he’s going to lose access to food anytime soon.

if your body cannot cope with change that sounds like the textbook definition of unhealthy.

people with diabetes are fine, as long as they don’t lose access to their insulin anytime soon.

I mean I see where you’re coming from I suppose

The thing is that if he were to get pneumonia tomorrow he would definitely have a higher chance of dying than someone with a bit more excess energy stored. However, modern medicine prevents death in most cases and studies have shown that a decrease in lifetime calories consumed results in an increase in lifespan. So I’m kind of on yns’s side here assuming he doesn’t start metabolizing the wall of his heart.

It’s hard to tell. A random illness might leave him in a bad spot but the studies on lifespan are clear. :man_shrugging:

That and the Asian hunnies love the skinny light haired boys

a decrease in lifetime calories consumed results in an increase in lifespan.

this is referring to individuals with a healthy weight as compared to individuals who are overweight.

not people with 14 BMI.

nutrients from food are an important part of how our body functions.

people with 14 bmi are not eating enough food.

anyway I don’t really want to speculate on the health of somebody I view as ill any further. I only posted the way I did because yns personally insulted me in another thread.

back to the original topic, I had some low carb chilli with ground turkey today. it was good.

It’s very difficult for me to find sources on a phone but my gut instinct says that average weight of humans nowadays is quite a bit higher than it needs to be just because of ease of access to food alone and societies perceptions of what is healthy is subjective to that mean.

I could be dead wrong though. At the very least I would assume a 15-16 bmi to be what many humans in the past had been, and that likely would have been perceived as normal. I’m not going to keep arguing because i just look retarded speculating. But if you want to find sources for your claims on ‘drastically’ low BMI being correlated to decreased health/lifespan I’ll be glad to read them and concede to you.

Same I had a taco pizza

I’m cutting at 6’7" 150lbs.

Been doing fasts. Broke mine today with a big ass convenience store hot dog. It was the best hotdog Ive ever had I think. Japanese convenience stores must have some chemical that makes food melt in your mouth it aint fair

had a bocconcini and tomato salad with pesto instead of my usual smartones frozen dinner for lunch today

call the cops, I don’t give a fuck

Try the egg salad sandwiches they have. Milk bread with no crust, perfectly stuffed with a puree of eggs, mayo, and msg… Mhmmm
Also Asian’s fast food is weird. It is definitely processed food still, but it feels more real than American fast food if that makes sense.

What kind of fasts are you doing? I’ve been trying to do 16 to 18 hours of fasting a day.

I eat once a day at around 7pm

i eat this ghetto hot pot everyday

chicken, ground beef or whatever cheap meat and a lot of beans, lentils and vegetables

it’s not really hot pot
