Made some Greek chicken thighs
went for it and made eggs benedict this morning was tasty
First attempt at a caramel last night.
Bad lightning but I got the Amber color down but I was brushing the little wisps on the side which had burnt. Didn’t take pics of the second attempt but it was pretty good.
Mixed with icecream base and it’s just chilling in the fridge now.
Dry caramel btw.
not a fan of caramel on account of the smoking habits but it seems like it’d be tasty to make

I’ve made mint, strawberry, chocolate, sweet cream, pistachio, and the caramel was for salted caramel icecream.
Finally got around to fetting a large jar for fermenting so I’m gonna start that up soon. Gonna make tepache.
Just had some tortas someone’s mom made specifically for me. Mexican mom’s love me for some reason. They were made with shredded pork, avocado, onion, some Spanish cream stuff, and maybe other stuff? Pretty damn good.

Ye it was also 50 cent tacos down at the Mexican mini mall thing so I went and ate 20 of them.
Right now I’m eating a little wrap that was on sale at the grocery store. They had a sale on black berries so I bought 5 pints.
Put the black berries in a cup of milk with ground sugar, world’s greatest dessert
I eat them straight. And I’m gross enough to eat them without washing them like right now.
Hot Wendy’s chili on a cold day really hits the spot. I got a double order.
We had a vendor brisket lunch thing going on but I wasn’t invited. I filled the empty cup with chopped brisket later, and took it home and mixed it with the second cup. Great stuff for fast food.
