Accidentally rewatched the bruleed pumpkin pie one and now Iām regretting that I didnāt attempt this last month and now have to wait another whole year before anyoneās going to care about pumpkin pie
Iāve had pumpkin creme brulee which iām assuming tastes very similar or is almost the same thing and Iām not into it. Not big on creme brulee, not huge on pumpkin pie any more either.

Watched it today and it just completely ruined my impression of this guy
First of all he douses them in cream - heavy cream in the bottom of the pan, cream over the top, and he makes a sauce where he cooks chorizo and just pours cream in with all the meat and grease and says *oh look at that red stuff coming up there thatās the spices" (its not - itās chorizo grease mixed with heavy cream)
Looking past the fact I will literally die if I eat this dish, he also stops the video to show off a kidney stone he recently passed and discuss how he needs to take it in to his GP
No idea why I even had this channel in my watch list in the first place but safe to say I will NOT be coming back
