woke up really early so made eggs benedict this morning

super not worth the effort but sometimes u gotta treat urself.

I poached my eggs sous vide for the first time. came out really good, but im not sure its worth how long it took compared to poaching it normally

Subways not very good except for the herbal bread and green peppers/olives opportunity

Also I found chocolate waffers at my local hippy store in the bulk area, but they were in plastic containers already packaged instead of the big drums. Threw me off.

I’ll admit that duck legs and thighs can be a bit greasy if done wrong, but duck breast should always be amazing. Like duck breast is like if chicken breast was actually good.
