never had these in my life, but I do love a good poutine
specially eggs benedicts with like seasoned hollandaise + some special type of meat and fried onions are S tier breakfast food
shoutout to huevos rancheros with pulled pork as well

the one i used to go to a lot had a âmoroccan chickenâ which had a spiced hollandaise, chicken breast, raisins, carmalized onions, and some type of chutney in between the muffin and the chicken
