Well I didn't fully read this post but I agree. I have been trying to make healthier choices in my life - such as spending evenings listening to Peter Thiel interviews and tupperwaring people who want to argue endlessly about pointless things - but sadly I did not stick to those decisions last night.
I am a poor example of self-control and healthy decision making and I am sorry for not being a better role model to you.
I will see if I can find a way to greybox epok's flag approval notifications. Next time these two decide to conspire to hide one of my posts I will not be able to react negatively because I will not even be aware it happened. In this way I will be a model of perfect self-control.
In the meantime I encourage you to look to Electro as your friend and mentor.
He is extremely knowledgeable on a wide array of subjects and - some would say - a paragon of self-control and virtue.

im guessing ur asking about peter thiel. he's a cofounder of paypal and palantir, palantir is kind of scummy for leeching off of gov dollars while promoting data collection and analzying, and peter supported trump for the same reason most business owners did back then. he's not awful, i got his book as a little gift from when i started his career that people love and it doesnt really have bad advice in it. there's definitely better tech entrepreneurs to be into, like sam altman, paul graham, or even sam yagan
