It is the main reason that I don't play there.
This is an idiotic post iaafr. In fact one could posit that not being able to refer to people as idiots (not calling you one here) could lead to more passive agressiveness, and less conflict resolution
The main issue is, letting conflict boil over often exacerbates things much worse before it gets better, and enforcing a cap on the level of acute aggression anybody can display prevents such exacerbation. Sure, it might foster deep-seated resentments in some cases, but those cases aren't especially common, and overall, keeping the atmosphere cleaner for bystanders instead of letting them bear witness to full-on shitflinging in the middle of a mafia game is preferable.
