the players get to determine what it’s worth TO THEM to play for an org, just like an org can decide what it’s worth to them to sign the players. there is a lot of headache and unnecessary bullshit that comes with being part of an org and they’ve decided what it’s worth to them. there’s nothing wrong with that.

There isnt more then $3k per player at the top for playing in tournaments mathematically speaking in NA. Thats if you fudge the numbers as well.
4zoomer are worth like $1.5k a month max per player not including their twitch streams.
Plasma please seek help if you're ideating. ESports is just a gigantic vanity project and the major players have no interest in actually seeing some kind of industry rise from it. There are too many games and too much investment required to get a person that thinks normally to game 10 hours a day for years.
