actually functional programming is probably the best way to implement concurrent/parallel systems.

My old stakeholder did "program" faster than the "programmers" in the sense that there is a ball of nonsense called "project management" (fake field) that stands between him and the devs and adds 6 months to every request

I worked with him to put his code in production & it was fun

I did not like AWS Lambda: this just seems like ass to work with.

I cancelled a VPS I had since 2017 or so and they apparently just didn't revoke my service; there's guilt involved with continuing to use it.

It is pretty ass. People using it usually have a reason to do so they arent just doing it for fun
