I think there are more evidence-based methods to getting people to cooperate with one another, and they do not involve trying to be prescient about otherâs personalities from a sham typology.
We did these MBTI tests at my former job, and absolutely nobody took their results to heart. Some asshole managerial consultant tried to get us into the theory behind it, and we ended up all being cooperative to one another because we hated his pseudointellectual Jungian bullshit.
