YOUR ideals of "congruent worldviews" have no meaning. You can't define "worldview", there is no Wrong view of reality. You have a very Weak grasp on the psychology behind this from what I can tell and it's very annoying.

Freakonomics has been losing me because of the “here’s a short biography and interview of this person you probably don’t care about” eps. The shows that actually cover an issue are good but the ones that are about individuals SUCK.
Nothing he says is wrong. It really is that simple. You could judge his obsession with PhysicsGirl, but that’s not “crazy”. It’s very normal actually - even if you think it’s not a good idea or unhealthy.
