Dude morimoto is a legend on iron chef

It cuts veggies and meat real good, thanks Japanese tin man

if you're cooking a lot at a time don't put it in the microwave very long when you reheat it

just get it barely warm like 35-40 seconds so it will still be tender if you nuke it for 2-3 minutes it will be so tough and just horrific

marinating is good for chicken breast if you can be bothered

asian version with soy/hoisin/garlic/ginger/etc. is good, maybe some chopped green onions on top when you eat it

seasame seeds on the breast as you cook them is nice for that version

mexican version with cumin/cayenne/chipotle powder/onion powder is nice, you can eat that with salsa and fresh cilantro and lime juice, doesn't add too many calories

those are probably my two favourite low calorie ways to eat boneless skinless breast, you don't have to marinate it though you can just put it all on before you cook it, will still be good

higher calorie you can grate chedder cheese on it, put BBQ sauce, HP sauce, any of that will be good

take two on macarons. I put some rose water in the butter cream cuz pink. def came out better than the first time i think i overfolded on my first attempt.

pgood, just curious what percent of your cookies cracked during the bake?

my first attempt a lot of them did. this time none cracked during the bake but i tried to take one off when it was undercook and it kinda was destroyed so i put it in for another 2 mins and then it was fine.
