This can be used to communicate with the players about the current game in an out of character context. For instance if you want to plan or theory craft ideas.

well there is encumbrance, but I rpobably won’t monitor that to much. Also its not really allowed to just add whatever you want. I’ll be posting some notes shortly on suggested changes and required ones.
