What do you mean? If you want to use a pen for real. That is an improvised weapon. And damage is 1+str.

lol okay well the min damage is 1. Can’t hit for 0
I will attempt to - using my Agility - attack the Spectre from above with a high (relatively - due to short stature) jump starting from a run and into a leap.

You have to roll to hit first tho. 1d20 for each attack. And you can only attack with your staff once. You can make an u armed strike as a bonus action.
