This guy is ranked #7 overall player and was in one of my late calibration matches with shitters (after I started playing this current shit build)
I stomped my lane and won my neighbor's lane for him and somehow turned around and this guy had 25 kills at 15 minutes on Haze
We did not win the game and I reported him after for "Matchmaking Issue"
The ranking system is interesting looking back at the calibration games and seeing where people ended up
I'm generally low rank vs the people in all of my calibrations despite having low deaths, high souls etc relative to the others. This is consistent all the way through - my last calibration is the one with the Eternus 6 player on the other team and his teammates are all Ascendant/Oracle whatever
Meanwhile my team has 3 uncalibrated players who died 11 times, 13 times etc in a 20 minute game. I actually was owning in this game until I left my side of the map and found a haze that had 15 kills in 15 minutes and it was all over pretty shortly after that
So I'm wondering what gets evaluated in determining the ranking. If there's anti-onetrick/versatility rating that probably fucked me but realistically I lost a bunch of games right at the end there and generally am still losing ranked games
Not sure I'll have enough games to calibrate this week but generally feeling a little cucked because my unranked games were noticeably better quality since the introduction of ranked.
I wouldn't put too much thought into it I calibrated top 1% in dota 2 when ranked first dropped but I assure you I'm not and never was that kind of player

My way of playing viscous is pretty nerfed by the creeps spirit resist change
Hero already felt mostly not very impactful
I could probably play crazy teamfight ball with phantom strike and stuff but you can do the same and be significantly more impactful with less skill with like half the characters
