Maybe in Egypt where a dentist just grinds your teeth down with sand (its true look it up) but here in America we have clean, white teeth
When I ever hit periods of autophagy my teeth would drastically whiten. Probably due to less bacteria (southern accent) on the teeth.
“White” teeth (not really white) at the cost of them being dull and small. Can’t cut food resulting in needing knives to eat.

There is a slight yellowing but that may perhaps be at the surface level and simply be a result of nearing the time for his next brushing,
