That’s why I say if you’re paying for devs in a crypto project it’s probably just a scam
The devs on monero apply for funding through this to pay themselves an hourly wage in monero which is typically a reasonable wage (in USD converted to monero) with an added % usually like 10% in order to adjust for market fluctuations, one guy who just got funded for part time work selsta is a super nice guy and answered a ton of questions for me on their IRC channel when I was setting up a monero node on some virtual server I had like a year or two ago so these guys aren’t just like scammers siphoning money out, if they don’t show their work on the project people wouldn’t fund them

I personally believe the idea of making anonymous financial transactions to anyone in the world as a very cool idea, and seeing how it functions like that now and they keep improving on it makes me believe that monero is the best technology currently for that idea

I would agree with you if this was just a pipe dream project with a roadmap with no real substance to it but no it’s pretty functional as a currency right now

Right but you can, right now, make anonymous financial transaction with it, to anyone in the world as long as they also will accept monero
Which anyone can do with minimal understanding as long as they can figure out how to transfer it to something like bitcoin then sell the bitcoin on an exchange for actual cash

Nope I am way too stupid for poker. At casinos I just play blackjack and easy push games like Pai gow.
