Its a futures etf which is nowhere near as big of a deal as a spot one. It does however set precedent for cryptos, specifically altcoins, to be declared as commodoties over securities
The implication would be less for those 2 coins to appreciate but moreso for every other "quality" alt to giga pump
Those three were no doubt chosen by coinbase as they are decades old, decentralized and without much risk of 51% attacks due to no large concentrations of the tokens being held by a few entities
