honestly with a stable connection shit is completely fine till around 160ms. i used to play with a guy that i pinged 140 to on strive and even there it didn't feel too bad. ive seen us roll back a couple times but none of us are doing real combos so coming out of just meaties or random mp/mk there's not much wiggle room that requires rollback vs a game where you're spamming instant overheads, farming ib, reversals everywhere. the worst we do is like 0 proration super which still leaves like 5+ turns to kill. i will say 3rd strike on fightcade with ping really eats your inputs hard for some reason, not sure what it is but if you spend 2 minutes in training mode you have to relearn the inputs and go really slow and i've never felt that in any other game ive tried with similar ping
*obviously only on a wired connection, wifi at any ping is unbearable

GGXXAC+R is regularly on sale for like 2 dollars lol
anything above 150 ping on fightcade is ass. like I could still have fun, but it isn't good lol.
strive and +R are far better on that ping.
We average 170ms
