Finally working on fixing form for my main lifts and its helping a lot for adding weight. Still need to get into deadlifts but every time i do them my back hurts for a week after. Anyone got any tips?

Does standing around for 5 hours count as cardio?

That sounds more like guardio… mall security fitness

use a belt so you stop bending your back, you’re probably also lifting too much.
